  This store is normally busy so please expect a wait, been coming here for about 3 years now. Kacey, guy with the ponytail is extremely upbeat and awesomely helpful, he really went the extra mile as best as he could for me when it came time for me to upgrade my wife and I's phones recently. The manager, can't remember her name unfortunately, wears glasses, is also very very nice. A lot of times, dealing with mobile carriers can be downright infuriating but the 2 people mentioned above have really made it easier to handle on the occasions I've came in the store. Keep up the awesome customer service!
