  I am puzzled by J.A. Bank. My real only experience with them is with their shirts. Several years ago I was told that they had good shirts that didn't need much ironing. So I went in and find these $90-$100 shirts. For this price they must iron themselves. But then I find that this is just their "business model". They know that everyone wants a discount. So they ALWAYS have a sale of some sort. Buy one get one free, Buy 5 get 75% off. Use these 4 coupons. Whatever it is. None the less, I finally bought 5 Traveler Shirts. Some of them were in fact nice, but some weren't quite so nice. I didn't like the variability. So it came time to buy more shirts I go in and find that their list price is still way too high for a shirt, but also found out that the best they can do with whatever the sale of the day is, is still far too expensive for a shirt. But since I received a $50 gift certificate for Christmas I tried to figure out how best to use it. I bought two shirts ($99 each) at Buy One Get One Free. Two shirts out the door....~$50 ( plus my $50 gift certificate ) Oh well. Once home I now find that they are skimping on things like no pocket on the front and the shirt is really short and barely stays tucked in, and it is pretty much the scratchiest 100% cotton shirt I have ever owned. So I have solved the Jos A. Bank puzzle. I have bought my last shirt from them. I'm out.

  Fantastic customer service Tux was amazing cost was very reasonable and found it to be the best in the group. Everyone else paid two or three times what I did and did not look as nice.

  I cannot say enough good things about this place. We had a tux rental and due to a family emergency, my son was not able to even wear it. Upon returning the tux, I explained what had happened. I wasn't expecting any sort of refund. The young man said there's no charge sir. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts. This is the type of business that I will recommend and return to.
