  Terrible customer service at this store. Called to ask about exchanging an item with tags attached but misplaced receipt and was met with nothing but excuses. Called the store in Castleton, nothing but kindness and a willingness to help. Plainfield needs to get their priorities straight.

  two weeks ago I bought a shirt and after the first wash appeared a hole, when I went to the store to request I changed the shirt for another because of the poor quality, obviously no longer had the ticket, the manager refused to make me the change and told me I could buy another !!! I did not want to get my money back, I just wanted to change my shoddy shirt !! So I preferred to go to the H & M store across the street to spend that money on a better quality !!
